Although I am a general practice lawyer who is happy to represent anyone in need of affordable, quality, professional legal representation, my focus is primarily on cases involving family practice, divorce, child custody/support/visitation, adoption, and criminal law. We have an emphasis and great success dealing with any case that involves Child Protective Services and/or DCS.  We travel all over this great state to help people dealing with the Indiana Department of Child Services.  We now offer mediation and facilitation services where we help families to solve their own disputes without Court involvement.  We also offer co-care facilitations.

The recent pandemic has changed how we do business.  As such, most of our consultations are held via telephone as well, as zoom if that’s more convenient for you.
